Vta verbs. You already know, that when you need to connect an inanimate object to a verb, you need to use special verbs, called vti. When you need to connect to a verb an object, which is an animate noun or a person ('i see him', 'i see you', 'you see me', 'i see that man') you need to use another verbs with embedded 'he', or animate object. These verbs are called vta verbs, or verbs transitive animate.
Once again they change their form in a different way, than other verbs you already know (vai and vti). These are examples of vta A form and B form affixes of a verb waabam-:
A form: (the first row is for 'i see him/her' & 'i see them'

A form negative:(the first row is for 'i don't see him/her' & 'i don't see them'

B form: him/her them i, me waabam-ag waabam-agwaa you singl waabam-ad waabam-adwaa
B form negative:him/her them i, me waabam-aasiwag waabam-aasiwagwaa you singl waabam-aasiwad waabam-aasiwadwaa Not only kin terms but all nouns in Ojibwe can take a possessive affix, meaning - my, your, his, their, our, etc. This affix is used instead of English words: my, your, our, etc. A noun with a possessive affix is called a noun in a possessive form. zhooniya - money is an animate noun!
kizhooniyaam - your money (gi-zhooniyaa-m). Some nouns in possessive form take additional suffix /-iim/ (in example: -m). There is no rule indicating which nouns take it and which - don't. You should remember such words. This suffix is added before possessive suffix, e.g.:
ni-zhooniyaa-m - my money
gi-zhooniyaa-m-iwaa - your pl money
